The good-looking Paris III entering Newhaven Harbour at speed. Built in 1882, she was the last paddle steamer to ply the Newhaven to Dieppe route. With her open bridge she must have been a brute to steer in bad weather. Sold in 1912, she served as a minesweeper during the First World War, and was scrapped in 1924.
